Taraz Kazakhstan Wyndham Hotel
In addition to the opening of the first new hotel in the United States this year, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts plans to open 15 new hotels in Central Europe over the next two years. This expansion significantly strengthens its presence in key markets such as Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Hungary.
The company plans to reach 10 hotels in various brand segments, including Ramada, Encore, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Ramadana and the brand's hotel brand. In addition to expanding its current presence in Tbilisi and Batumi, the company will open its first new hotel in Georgia and the first of its kind in Armenia in the city of Karabakh. WyNDham will introduce Ramada in 2018 as part of its expansion in Central and Eastern Europe En core and Wyandham brands in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Bulgaria.
The company will open Georgia's first Ramada Wyndham in Tbilisi next year, adding a Ramadan in Kutaisi in 2021 and an Encore hotel in Karabakh in 2022. The growth plan in Russia will expand the Ramada brand in the country and complement the existing six Ramadas in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Moscow and Kursk.
The company plans to open two hotels, one in the historic city of Bukhara and the other in Karabakh. The first Ramada Wyndham Encore Hotel, the first of its kind in Russia, is scheduled to open next year in Krasnoyarsk, and another hotel is planned in the historic city of Buk Hara.
